First and foremost, there was no pressure from the

First and foremost, there was no pressure from the salesman, Mark Bell. He came out and introduced himself.asked if he could help me find something. I told him that I was just looking. He let me walk around on my own and check out their stock. I then got up with him and told him what I was looking for in a new truck. He quickly found exactly what I was looking for! The truck with the color that I wanted was at a lot in Mississippi. The truck that I wanted from Mississippi was on the lot in Marianna the very next day. I came down the following down and seen my new truck sitting there. After checking it out and Mark showing me how everything worked, they helped me swap my toolbox from my old truck to the new truck. Even got the Service Manager's help to get a couple of other things done. Next I went to get my paperwork done. Tyler Simonds helped me with all the paperwork and went over everything so that I could understand the warranty and finance stuff (which is usually confusing). It was a breeze once it was explained to me in terms that I could understand. Between the no pressure sales tactics of MARK BELL and the easy to understand finance/warranty paperwork of TYLER SIMONDS, it was the best new vehicle experience that I've ever had. These are the folks who can get you the vehicles that you want and need! Great job guys & thank you!
