Outstanding customer service to include finance manager, will pass the word on locally immediately w the Chevy folks

Service repair took two visits totaling a month. I had to call to find out the status; never had the first call. Plus AI phone receptionist is a disaster and disrespectful for customers to not get a live person.

Oil and filter change with tire rotation. Prompt service and kept me advised as to status. Multi point inspection performed with no further service required at the present. Personnel friendly and helpful.

We came in to have a fuel injector replaced. It was previously replaced, but needed to be replaced again. Our second visit was much better with communication and the vehicle was even delivered to my husband's work.

Working with Mark was an absolute pleasure. He was professional, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on finding the right car for me without any high-pressure tactics.

It took over a week for the repair. We drove it home. The next day it was leaking gas after having the fuel injectors replaced. When we called we were told to drive the vehicle back up there. Never offered a tow. By time we got up there, the vehicle was in reduce acceleration mode and the smell of gas was even stronger. Dropped it off on Friday. Had to call Saturday for an update. Now concerned about additional damage that the vehicle may have.

Michael listened to my issue and kept me updated on every step and had me in and out very quickly.

Was and have always received the best service from all involved with my service issues. Therefore I will continue to support them

I had a great experience working with Mark Bell at Marianna Chevrolet GMC. I was looking for a Yukon Denali with specific options, and even though they didn’t have one on the lot, Mark spent several days checking with other dealerships to see if he could find exactly what I wanted. He kept me updated, and even though he wasn’t able to locate one, I really appreciated how hard he worked on my behalf. What I liked most was that Mark never pressured me or tried to convince me to buy something that I didn’t want. He was friendly, personable, honest, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle instead of just making a sale. If you’re looking for someone who’s easy to work with and genuinely wants to help, I’d definitely recommend Mark. Even though I didn’t end up buying a vehicle this time, I’d be happy to work with him again in the future.

Mark was very attentive to what I was looking for. He was very honest with me and not pushing me to buy the truck. And that means alot to me, I will be back again if mark bell is there.

Because of my situation, the online scheduling service was OK but I needed to confirm a few things. Getting in touch with someone was a little difficult because of the automated service. Once I connect with Randy, he was amazing. He took care of everything and even found out that the part could be covered by #Warranty which was a blessing. Didn't even think that would be an option.
